This morning while I was finishing up sample cakes for the Natural Food Expo at the convention center, Ren was whipping specials celebrating fall.

Apple Crisp French Toast Casserole served with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel and Apple Pie Belgian Waffle topped with powdered sugar and real maple syrup. The Cherry Almond Scones are getting rave reviews.
