Today we have a Hearty Lentil Soup as well as Gazpacho. The gazpacho season is drawing to a close and it won't be available much longer. Which brings us to the good news....

Heading hanging....

..I've been nicely (and correctly) chastised for not blogging the past two weeks. A combination of crazy busy and feeling a bit "out in the ether" are the culprits. This weekend is my brother's wedding, so starting next week a concerted effort will be made to blogging regularly!

So today's special is The Torpedo - our Meatball Rocket's Italian cousin. A hollow ciabatta sub roll stuffed with sweet Italian sausage and peperonata (stewed pepper and tomato) sauce.

Hot soups, mulled cider and molasses crinkles are right around the corner! I love autumn.
