WOW! The response to the Eggplant Parmesan Panini was overwhelming and we ran out much too early, so I'm bringing it back today. Fresh eggplant, lightly breaded in seasoned crumb and pan crisped with marinara and mozzarella cheese.
Cowboy Chili - beef, fresh peppers and tomatoes, anaheim peppers, hominy, black, kidney and white beans, some bittersweet chocolate and espresso, herbs and spices.
Apricot, Pecan & Coconut Scones, Orange Chocolate Chip Scones and Apple Cranberry Muffins are in the pastry case.
