Well for anyone that hasn't heard I "fixed" our panini machine over the weekend. Sparks flew, a 220v breaker was destroyed, several frantic phone calls were made and even the professionals could not resuscitate it. So we've cobbled together a series of home machine until the new one arrives. Thanks for your patience if things seem a bit slower and try one of the no-grill sandwich specials.
