today we have the firehouse panino, which is available in several variations:

-the firehouse: spicy roasted red pepper hummus, cucumber, red onion, mesclun and habanero pepperjack cheese, on your choice of bagel or health toast)

-the firefly (vegan/browncoat option): roasted red peppers instead of cheese

-the firebird (carnivore option): add turkey

-the fireFouse: on an everything bagel, with sesame noodles IN the sandwich

we also have the pesto caprese: basil pesto, artichokes, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, and provolone, grilled on sourdough.
