These are trying days.  Even the most intrepid cook finds the heat in the kitchen unbearable, so I offer you a Mediterranean Turkey Club - turkey, olive cream cheese spread, marinated artichoke hearts, bacon and mesclun on lightly toasted ciabatta.
Do come in for an Iced Latte, fresh Lemonade or one of our Iced Teas - green, black, mint or sweetea.
UPDATE
Added a Lemon Dill Shrimp Salad to the menu - enjoy as a sandwich or on a  bed of dressed greens.  And welcome home to my friend Peta who recently introduced me  to the joy of a good shrimp salad!
