Today is the first regular pick-up from our CSAs. I'm expecting some beautiful dark greens - maybe spinach or chard and possibly asparagus and some herbs. The farm also has some geese and there have been rumors of a few precious eggs to be had. If the stars align a fabulous golden asparagus frittata or wild mushroom and herb strata will make an appearance in the next few days...
