Tuesday Specials

We made a fresh basil sun-dried tomato pesto and are using it two ways:

Tuscan Turkey Panino
on a toasted ciabatta sub roll we add locally foret fed bacon and garden tomatoes along with our pesto

the Round House
pesto, sprouts, cucumber slices, red onion, mesclun, provolone on a toasted bagel
