today we have:
the rowhouse: sundried-tomato-basil-cream-cheese, cucumbers, sprouts, red onions, mesclun, and swiss on toasted ciabatta (or try it on an everything bagel - my personal favorite!)
egg salad with lettuce and tomato on toasted sourdough (bacon optional)
gazpacho
spinach-tomato-feta fritatta (while it lasts!)
