We have Gingerbread Waffles with Spicy Apple Whipped Cream, Belgian Waffles with Maple Syrup, several lovely scones and a Maple Walnut Coffee Cake.

And for lunch and dinner....
HOT STUFF Panini for a cold, cold day. Italian sausage with sauteed onions, green peppers, mushrooms and red sauce stuffed inside on grilled chiabatta sub roll.

Creamy Tomato Basil (vegetarian) and Split Pea (vegan) are our soups. The tomato is ready now and the split pea should be done by lunchtime.
