Buffalo Chicken Panino
Spicy wing sauce on chicken breast with bleu cheese, matchstick celery and carrots.
A bit later this afternoon I will have a Lentil Chard Whole Grain Salad with Grilled Eggplant. This is a riff on a dish I made last summer that was hugely popular with both customers and staff.
