..spring has sprung and there's baking to do!

This morning we have Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake, Cinnamon French Toast Casserole and Broccoli Cheddar Strata.

Our soups today are Creamy Tomato Basil (vegetarian) and Classic Potato Leek (not vegetarian).

The Veggie Meatball Rocket continues to get rave reviews (even from the meat eaters!), The Virginian - turkey, ham, havarti & dijon and the Apple Alexander - Granny Smith apples, brie and honey grilled on a ciabatta sub roll.
