The very popular Pesto Caprese Panini - slathered with homemade pesto, mozzarella cheese and tomato grilled on ciabatta sub roll.

The soups are Tomato Basil Soup and Portobello Soup (vegetarian).

I'm on my way to the Market and will post some pictures later. One of the really cool things about the City Market in Roanoke is that is runs seven days a week year around. Many of the vendors are local artists and craftspeople, as well as meat producers, cheese makers and of course vegetable and fruit growers. Last time I visited I came home with locally produced Cinnamon Sage bath soap, framed photographs of local landmarks and some fabulous salt-cured ham.

I'll let you know what I find today. Who knows, maybe I'll find something for you.
