I am making a big pot of Sausage Corn Chowder that will be finished in time for lunch. We also have Pumpkin Black Bean Soup (vegan).
The weather is frightful, but the days of a comforting bowl of hot soup are coming to end. Rather than bemoan the weather celebrate the opportunity to have a hearty bowl of soup and maybe a cafe sandwich.
